The MP3 Alarm Clock from Acctim is an innovative new clock that allows you to record you own alarm call via your PC. It records up to 50 seconds of sound, and you can use any sound from music to movie clips.

It has a luminous oval dial which glows in the dark, a silent sweep second hand and also features flashing antennae which are activated when the alarm sounds, or when the demo begins. The demo button also acts as a snooze.

The MP3 clock requires a PC running miniumum of Microsoft Windows 95.

Installation instructions are provided, along with parallel printer cable and software CD. Downloading is easy, just follow the on screen instructions. Once you've recorded your sound, remove the cable and press the demo button to preview it. If you like what you hear then all that remains is to set your alarm, if not then you can start over until you find your ideal alarm call.
